Rental Fees:

Rate increase effective January 1, 2010.

If you are currently in a slip, you may prepay up to twelve months at the 2009 rate. However, you must do so by December 31, 2009.

If you would like to begin renting a slip in January 2010 you may do so at the old rate if you prepay by December 31, 2009.

We currently have slips of varying sizes, covered and uncovered, available for rent. Please contact us by phone or email if you are intersted in taking advantage of this offer.

Reminder: If you have scheduled automatic payments, plealse make sure you change the amount accordingly. Also, fees for late payments have not changed. They are assessed at a rate of 1.5% on the 20th of the month.
